Spring Training Has Begun!

Barnes had his first tee ball practice this week! He was so excited to go an practice. His best buds are on his team so it should be a lot of fun.

His daddy was just as excited about this milestone! They went on Saturday and bought everything a little boy could ever need as a tee ball player. A bat, three balls, a glove, a pair of baseball pants, a helmet, a tee to hit from AND a bag to keep it all of the gear in. They had a big time together picking it all out. They came home and Barnes wanted to practice right away!

Bath fun!!

Thought this picture was so cute tonight! They were painting with bubbles!

Master fisherman!

I think he has potential!!!

Tales of a fisherman!

Barnes and daddy had a successful day of fishing at the lake in the neighborhood! I don't think we'll have quite enough to cook for dinner... But Barnes was so thrilled to reel in his first fish!

Spring is in the air!!!

We had so much fun today! Playing outside and getting dirty. It was such a gorgeous spring day. I did some spring cleaning and got the kids clothes and closets cleaned out for a new season! Barnes and Brad went to pick out tee ball gear (pics coming soon) and Anna Kate And I went for a long walk around the lake. We've ended the day with a much needed bubble bath!!

I ❤ DAD

After about thirty tries, this was the only decent picture of the kids in their cute new Jammie's!

We are so proud of you Daddy!!!

Last week something BIG happened to Brad Perry. You would never know this by talking to him. Nothing has changed about the man within and he would never, EVER announce it to a group.... But I will shout his news for him because he deserves to be celebrated for his hard work, dedication and service. Brad Perry is the newest Director at Medtronic. And that's BIG! We are so proud!!!!! So the kids and I threw him a celebration with balloons, a banner and a big meal!

We love you Director Daddy!!!!!!

Winter blues??? I dont think so!

Even though the weather has been cold (not really that cold) we have been getting out and having fun or just staying inside and making our own fun.  2012 is going to be a great year for the Perrys!

Our elf--- Cheryl!

Last year Nana and Papa Bill got us Elf on a Shelf.  Barnes was too small to really understand it, but we made up for it this year! He had a blast finding Cheryl every morning and talking about where we might find him next! Yes, HIS name is CHERYL.  Barnes came up with it.  He was very adamant that his name be Cheryl and HE was indeed a boy elf.  Well, okay then... It was fun, fun, fun! What a great family tradition we have started! Thanks Nana and Papa Bill!
